Cleveland, Tn - Willie Lea Ables left this world on Thursday, September 19th, 2024 at 12:30 a.m., lovingly and peacefully, surrounded by family and friends.

Willie is preceded in death by her parents, Wilce and Hazel Stennett; In-Laws, Quinton and Nell Ables; Siblings, Brenda, Paul, and Carl Stennet; Niece, Sandra Hedden; Nephew, Matt Stennett; and Brother-in-law, John King.

She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Quinton "Buddy" Ables; Her son, Chris Jackson; her Goddaughter, Elise (Stan) Nizamutdinov; Grandchildren, Cody (Destiny) Jackson, Blake (Erika) Jackson, Raeven (Aiden) Sharp; Great-Grandchildren, Emma, Aurora, Eva, Emory, Ivory, and her first great-grandson due in October, Koda; Her Sisters, Grace (Johnny) Stiles, Sheila (Bill) Salyer; Sister-in-law, Sara King; and Nieces and Nephews: Jake (Amy) Stennett, Ethan (Jenna) Stennett, Becky (Lucas) Kollross, Cameron (Tracey) and Courtney (Wendy) Taylor, Elden and Brandon Hedden.

Willie was born January 14th, 1955 in Harriman, TN. She lived a fun, loving, successful life, filled with travel, family, and adventure. She had a successful career as CFO of PTS Financial Services from 2001 to 2004, when she pursued her own business, from her kitchen table in 2004, resulting in 10 locations throughout 3 states.

Since retiring from her self-made business in 2015, she has traveled the world with her husband, family, and friends, "chasing the sun" to 6 continents around the world. She will be incredibly missed and loved, until we can watch another sunset with her.

The family will receive friends at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home on Sunday, September 22, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. with Dr. Burt Vaughn officiating.

Burial will follow in West Union Baptist Church Cemetery in Calhoun, GA.
