Wallace Johnson Jr., age 73, of Calhoun, Ga. passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2024. He was born September 4, 1951. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wallace Johnson Sr. and Ann Ruth Johnson; sister, Mildred Gann.
He is survived by his son, Wallace Johnson III and his wife Kristie; Leighann Johnson; brother David Johnson and his wife Sylvia; grandchildren, Karley Skelton, Brody Skelton; great grandchild, Indy Harz. A special thank you to Tom and Dee Davis for years of love and support and to Sophia Staples for taking care and loving our father.
A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. Wallace Johnson Jr. will be held at 12:00 pm on Monday, December 9, 2024 at the Chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Jarrett officiating. Interment will be Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Monday, December 9, 2024 at Dalton Funeral Home. Arrangements have been entrusted to independently owned and operated Dalton Funeral Home, 620 S. Glenwood Ave. Dalton, GA 30721; 706-529-5371.
