Thomas Michael Finn, age 78, passed away peacefully at his home in Dalton, GA. on October 12, 2024, following a recent battle with pancreatic cancer. He leaves behind a legacy of more than 50 years in the practice of law.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Coba Overman Finn and brother-in-law, Dr Jesse Palmer and Billy Galloway. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Angela Smith Finn, devoted children, Katherine Finn Pippenger and husband Wes, and son Michael Finn; grandchildren, Crosby, Xander, and Topanga Pippenger; sisters, Linda Finn of Gainesville, GA., Jeanna Galloway of Oakwood, GA., Dorothy Palmer of Hattiesburg, MS., and Ruthy Ashworth of Monroe, GA., brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Tony and Melissa Smith, and numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews

Tom also valued his staff and extend family, Breana Goodwin Neal, Rebecca Liner, Anton Kletsko, Chase and Anne Sandlin, and Jesus, and Joan Cortez.

The family would like to thank Amedisys Home Health and Amedisys Hospice for the extraordinary care the Tom received.

Tom chose to be cremated, and a memorial service will be held at a later date in Clinton, Montana.
