Shelia Morrison Baldridge Obituary

Dalton, GA - Shelia Baldridge, age 81, of Dalton, passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at home.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Roger "Rabbit" Baldridge; parents, Howard and Nettie Morrison; and son, Yorke Baldridge.

Shelia was a beloved sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved being a homemaker and taking care of her family. Shelia was known for her fried chicken and loved canning and cooking.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Robbie and Chuck Smith; sister, Rita Patterson; brother and sister-in-law, Dalmus and Charlotte Morrison; grandchildren, BJ and Monnica Weaver, Savanah Weaver and Chance Rush; great grandchildren, Aurora Gwen Weaver and Emmett Rush; nieces and nephews also survive.

The funeral service will be held in the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Homes on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 1 PM with Rev. Tony Patterson officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, October, 27, 2025, from 6 PM until 8 PM.

Burial will be held at Deep Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
