Robert Carl Smith (Bobby) Obituary

Canton, GA - Our precious dad, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend passed from this life, and he will be forever missed.

Robert was funny and kind but most of all he was adventurous. He was always on the go whereby car, truck, motorcycle, or boat. He loved to fish and loved spending the day on the water with his brothers and nephew. Robert also loved rambling the mountain roads on his motorcycle. The thing Robert is remembered most for is his infectious smile with which he was always seen. We know he loved us as much as we love him.

Robert left Dalton at nineteen years old and made a life in the areas surrounding Atlanta, GA. He loved his job and had a lengthy career the last forty years as he worked his way up at AGL. He was a Engineer Specialist 2/Quality Assurance with AGL.

Robert is proceeded in death by his parents Harlan and Decca Smith, Brother-in-law Ernest H. Cooper Jr., and niece Dawn Smith.

Robert is survived by his children. Jennifer Smith, Harlan(Adrienne) Smith, Autumn Smith and Charlie Smith. Grandchildren, August Smith, and Reighlynn Riffle. The mother of his children Tammy Smith also survives him. Siblings: David (Margaret) Smith, Pat Cooper, Mike (Lynn) Smith, Debbie (James) Dunn, Velvet (Mark) Spitler and Keith Smith. Also survived by special cousin Roger Smith
