Elinor Gillilan, age 77 of Tunnel Hill, passed away Saturday, January 27th 2018 in Chattanooga Hospice.
She preceded in death by her parents Mr. Joe P. Harris and Mrs. Dorothy Daniel Harris and her brother Mr. Kenneth M. Harris and her brother-in-law Mr. Ray Miolen.
She is survived by her sisters Mrs. Pat Miolen, Mrs. JoAnn (Dewey) Cavendar, Mrs. Margaret (David) Smith, her children Mr. Malcolm (April) Gillilan, and Mrs. Susan (Steve) Owenby, and grandchildren Brynne, Samuel, and Ainsley Gillilan. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Elinor Gillilan will be 12:00 PM Wednesday, January 31st 2018 from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Tunnel Hill with Rev. Jim Brinkley officiating. Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM Wednesday, January 31st 2018.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Salem Baptist Church Youth Fund 1148 Pleasant Grove Drive Dalton, Georgia 30721.
