MR. MYRON McCORMICK, SR. - AGE 74, - Of Dalton, Georgia passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021 at a LaFayette Health Care. He was born on September 13, 1947 in New York City, New York to the late Max McCormick and Marionee Mann McCormick. He was preceded by his wife, Elaine Barrow McCormick. He was a member of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors are his loving children, son, Myron McCormick, Jr., daughter, Desiree McCormick Moore, of Dalton, Georgia; grandchildren, Cherith Moore of Columbia, South Carolina, Gabriel Moore, Joshua Moore, and Talia Moore of Dalton; four sisters-in-law, Lenora Barrow of Queens, New York, Brenda Figueroa of Rahway, New Jersey, Deloris Jackson, Gloria Morrison of Greensboro, North Carolina; three brothers-in-law, Jeffery Barrow of Bronx, New York, Leonard Davis, John Morrison of Connecticut; the Mann Family of Dalton and Calhoun, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 11:00 A. M. with Rev. Rodney Weaver with Words of Comfort. His remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Tuesday after 12:00 noon. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 9:00 until the funeral hour.
