MRS. LIZZIE MAE THOMAS WILLIFORD - Age 70, of Dalton, GA passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021. She was born October 8, 1950 to her late parents, Willie C. and Ophelia Thomas, Sr. She is a member of Hopewell Baptist Church and a graduate from Dalton High School Class of 69. She worked 49 years at Shaw Industries Group, Inc. She is preceded by her husband, Jerry Williford; parents; sister, Hazel Thomas; and brothers, Lem Thomas and Danny Thomas.

Survivors are her loving family, daughter, Kenisha Williford; step daughters, Kim (Tyrone) Tolbert, Krystal (Marshall) Jenkins, and Katrina Williford; sisters, Earnestine Hagans, Deloise Lois (James) Suttles, and Wilma (Raymond) Fouts; brothers, Willie C. (Glenda) Thomas, Jr., David Thomas, Charlie (Margaret) Thomas, Johnnie Lee Thomas, and George Thomas; sisters-in-law, Norma Lynn Thomas, Mary Peterson, Patricia Ousley, Belinda Mitchell and Felicia Lawson; brothers-in-law, Charlie (Brenda) Williford, Larry (Sylvia) Williford, and Bernard Williford; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Following the guidelines of COVID-19, the family is enforcing that all attendees wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Funeral Service will be Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the Chapel of Willis Funeral Home with Reverend Russell Brisco as Eulogist. Family will receive friends on Friday, April 30, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Arrangements entrusted to Willis Funeral Home, Inc.
