Kenneth Robert Wells, age 67, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Saturday, September 7, 2019. He was born on June 22, 1952. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman Edison Wells and Tamer Dotson Wells.
He is survived by his wife, Veronica Wells of Dalton; sons and daughter in law, Jonathan and Brandy Wells of Dalton, Leslie Wells and Serena York of Dalton; brother and sister in law, Lawrence and Dianne Wells of Dalton; sisters and brothers in law, Juanita and Ken Burnette of Dalton, Loretta and John Coker of Cohutta; grandchildren, Corey Smith, Jaxon Wells, Whitley Wells, Landon Wells; and great grandson, Cooper Smith.
A funeral service to celebrate the life of Kenneth Robert Wells will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor William Farrell Rogers officiating. Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery.
The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5-8 PM Tuesday evening, and from 12:00 PM until the hour of service on Wednesday at 2:00 PM.
Serving as pallbearers will be, Landon Wells, Jaxon Wells, Corey Smith, Neil Grooms, Jason Stout and Keith Burnette. Arrangements have been entrusted to independently owned and operated Dalton Funeral Home, 620 S. Glenwood Ave. Dalton, GA; 706-529-5371.
