MRS. JANIE LUE WILBURN SATTERWHITE BOWIE - AGE 92, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Saturday, November 21, 2020. She is preceded by her loving husband, Julian M. Bowie, Sr. who passed away on November 7, 2020, her parents, Willie Will Wilburn and Willie Mae Walker Wilburn, sister, Ida Wilburn Little, brothers, Albert Wilburn and Barto Wilburn.
She is survived by her children, daughter Francena Lewis, step son Julian M. Bowie, Jr., and daughter Bernadette (Dennis) Whatley; grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Homegoing Service will be held Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at the Willis Funeral Home, with Dr. David Thomas, Eulogist and Dr. Jerry Jones, Presider. Interment; West Hill Cemetery. The viewing will be Tuesday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Arrangements by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
