Earnest Larry McFarland, 67, of Dalton, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2016, in Memorial Health Care in Chattanooga.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Earnest and Darrene McFarland; brothers, Dennis and Scott McFarland.
Larry is survived by his wife, Linda McFarland; daughters and sons-in-law, Michelle and Wesley Barrett, Erica and Russell Wilkey, Ginger and Randy Parsons, Sunni and Don Sims; sister and brother-in-law, Juanita and Wilburn Ridley; brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Linda McFarland; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Services to celebrate the life of Larry McFarland will be Saturday at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Tunnel Hill with Pastor Roy Gentry and the Rev. Benny Roberts officiating. Burial will be in Dogwood Valley Cemetery.
The family will receive friends today from 5 to 9 p.m.
