Mr. Colquitt "C.W." Holcomb, age 88, of Crandall, GA, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, October 20, 2024 at his residence.

C.W. was a member of Fairy Valley Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 67 years, Emily Elizabeth Hawkins Holcomb; daughter, Deborah Ann Holcomb; parents, Joe and Lois Holcomb; sister, Linda Barnes.

Those left behind to cherish his memory include his children and their spouses, Brian and Brenda Holcomb, Colleen and Mark Elliott, Craig and Mary Holcomb, and Karen and Tony Kendrick; grandchildren, Josh and Kim Kendrick, Emily and Joey Stafford, Kaci Holcomb, Megan and Ryne Ball, Kyle and Anna Holcomb, Katie and Daniel Mason, Zach and Lauren Elliott, and Cameron and Samantha Holcomb; great-grandchildren, Harper, Henry, Hattie, Heidi, Sawyer, Sydney Jo, Cora, Denver, Brooks, Dansby, Hayes, Brayden, Bryce, Weston, Maicie, Colton, Thomas, Luke, and Ellie Kate; great great-grandchild, Tatum; extended family also survives.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to David, Lisa, Shanna, and the entire staff of Homespun Hospice for taking such good care of Papaw.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Colquitt "C.W." Holcomb will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 3:30 p.m. at Fairy Valley Baptist Church with Rev. Kenneth Pritchett, Rev. Dwight Scott, Rev. Crafton Dover, and Rev. Lamar Beason officiating. Interment will follow at Sumach Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Fairy Valley Baptist Church on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.
