Friendsville, TN - Mrs. Charlotte Joyce McCarter Kiser, age 83, of Friendsville, Tennessee, and formerly of Sandy Springs, Georgia, passed peacefully into the arms of her Savior on Monday afternoon, December 16, 2024, at the home of her daughter, surrounded by her loving family. .

A devoted and lifelong member of The Church of God of the Union Assembly for over seventy-five years.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Charlotte Joyce Kiser will be held Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at The Church of God of The Union Assembly. The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friday and after 10:00 a.m. Saturday until the service hour.
