Bunyan Junior 'B.J.' Young
Mr. Bunyan Junior "B.J." Young, 58, of Dalton departed this life Monday, July 16, 2007, in Fulton County.
He was born March 24, 1949, in Pickens County, son of late Leonard Washington and Ilene Hightower Young. His brothers, Clinton, C.L., James, David Young; sister, Genever Lowmax also preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Peggy Young of the residence; sons and daughters-in-law, Rod and Christina Young of Ringgold, Anthony and Tracy Young of Dalton; brothers and sister-in-law, Fred and Vivian Young of Dalton, Danny Young of Tennessee; sisters, Gladys Shipman, Blancey Young, Ruby Young, all of Dalton; grandchildren, A.J. Young, Hunter Young, Natasha Young, Paige Young and Coltyn Young.
Services are Thursday at 2 p.m. from the Melrose Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Colonial Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 6 to 9 p.m.
