Dalton, GA - Mrs. Beverly Barber Phillips, age 72, of Rocky Face, GA, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Beverly was a deeply devoted wife, loving mother, and supportive Mimi who lived with a passion for adventure, family, and Jesus Christ. She will forever be remembered and honored as a woman who allowed her faith to be bigger than her fear, her hope to be shared boldly, and her love to be the only debt she owed. Even while seeking her own miracle, she became a miracle for so many others. She turned her sickness into service and her pain into a platform for sharing the message of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Beverly was a member of Crosspointe Christian Centre.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Barber; father, Lynn Barber Jr.; nephew, Hunter Dentzer.

Survivors include her loving husband of 50 years, Greg Phillips of Rocky Face, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Adam and Shannon Phillips of Rocky Face, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Shannon Phillips and Todd Thompson of Rocky Face, GA and Keri and Chevis Brooks of Rocky Face, GA; brother, Lynn Barber of Greenville, NC; sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and Rocky Wilson of Goldsboro, NC; grandchildren, Cole Phillips, Avery Brooks, Brody Brooks, Cohen Phillips, Davis Phillips, Layne Phillips, and Tyler Henry; mother-in-law, Myrtle Phillips; extended family also survives.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Beverly Barber Phillips will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 3:00 pm at Crosspointe Christian Centre with Pastor Stan Lester, Pastor John-Paul Burdashaw, and Pastor Mike Douglas officiating. Interment will follow at Whitfield Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at Crosspointe Christian Centre on Thursday, September 11, 2025 from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm.
