Betty Jane Lusk, 84, of Dayton, Tenn., passed away on Wednesday morning, May 31, 2017, at Rhea Medical Center.
She was born in Chattanooga on May 15, 1933, to the late E.D. Sloan Sr. and Burkey "Friddell" Sloan.
Betty was a homemaker and resident of Dayton since 1998 and previously lived in Dalton for 38 years. She was of the Baptist faith and cherished being a mother and grandmother.
Betty is survived by her husband of 60 years, William C. Lusk Jr. of Dayton; her two sons, Mark (Lisa) Lusk of Virginia Beach, Va., and Todd (Ju-Hsin) Lusk of Chattanooga. She is also survived by her six grandchildren.
A graveside service for Betty on Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
