Larry Richard Noon, 75, of Dalton and formerly of Fort Myers, Fla., went home to be with the Lord surrounded by his family on Monday, May 22, 2017.
He was born on Oct. 28, 1941.
Larry proudly served his country in the U.S. Army Airborne, Fort Bragg, N.C.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Wallace Richard Noon and Mary Louise Jamison Noon.
Larry worked in real estate sales and the propane gas industry for many years. He was also a sportsman and an avid tennis player.
He is survived by his wife, Faye Noon of Dalton; son, Kerry Noon of Cape Coral, Fla.; daughter, Kirby, and son-in-law, Russ DeLozier of Dalton; grandchildren, April, Bryce and Brett DeLozier, Michael and Dan Russo-Noon.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Larry Noon is Sunday, June 4, at 3 p.m. at Fellowship Bible Church with Pastor Tim Chaney officiating. Interment will be at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens in Fort Myers, Fla.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be given to the Jesus Film Project or Ot OoMofet (a Messianic Jewish ministry in Israel) c/o Fellowship Bible Church, 2044 Dug Gap Road, Dalton, GA 30720.
