Kenneth Conley Cooper, 85 of Stevenson, AL, died November 22, 2017 at Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. Kenneth was the son of the late Frank and Myrtle White Cooper born December 14, 1931 in Bridgeport, AL. He was a Bridgeport High School Graduate, Korean War U.S. Army Veteran and member of VFW Post No.4985 in Dalton,GA. He had worked as a sample supervisor at Cornet Carpet Mill in Dalton, GA.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters: Karen Paris and Jewel Rouseau.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years Shirley Brewster Cooper; children:Robin (Terri) Cooper, Gary Cooper, Randall Cooper, Denise Jones, Earl Brewster, Roger Trammell, Christopher Trammell, Sandie (Tim) Swilling, Kathy Cruz, Terri Self, Debbie (Bobby) Hoag, Becky Young; 22 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; siblings Troy (Sara Rose) Cooper; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be Sunday 10 AM to 9 PM CST at Rudder Funeral Home in Bridgeport, AL. The Funeral Service will be Monday, November 27, at 11 AM CST at the funeral home chapel officiated by Rev. Wayne Loveless. Military Honors will be provided by Sequatchie Valley Honor Guard and Interment will be at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper, TN. www.rudderfuneralhomes.com
