John Junior Ogle, 79, of Dalton, passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2017.
He was born on March 28, 1938. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Cam and Dicie Ogle; companion, Wylene Harrison; brothers, Charlie Ogle, Richard Ogle, Earl Ogle; sisters, Whalice Lacey and Lilian Pefley.
He is survived by his daughters and son-in-law, Robin and Kenny Bailey of Tunnel Hill, Rhonda Greene of Dalton; grandchildren, Nathan and Anna Ridley, Nicole and Anthony Flowers, Jeremy and Chesa Bailey, Trey Smith, Baileigh Smith; great-grandchildren, Logan, Blake, Caleb, Kyler, Beckham, Bailey, Braden, Levi; brothers and sister-in-law, George and Nora Ogle, Bruce Ogle of Dalton; sisters, Pauline Caldwell of Smyrna, Mildred Sneed of Dalton; sister-in-law, Jackie Ogle of Dalton; several nieces and nephews; his faithful pet, Susie.
A funeral to celebrate the life of John Junior Ogle is today at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenny Bailey officiating. Interment will be at Good Hope Cemetery.
The family will be receiving friends for visitation today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
