Charles Ralph Ewing III, 58, of Red Bank, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2017.
Ralph attended Signal Mountain Elementary School and graduated from McCallie School in 1977. He was employed by Ahlstrom Group for many years and had retired due to failing health.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. C. Ralph Ewing Sr. and Mr and Mrs. A.D. Mayfield; and father, C. Ralph Ewing Jr.
Survivors include his mother, Betty Mayfield Ewing, of Signal Mountain; brother, Bryce Ewing, of Signal Mountain; sisters, Lisa Slocumbe, of Athens, Ga. and Sally Quinton, of Irmo, S.C. Also surviving are brother-in-law, Greg Quinton; niece, Lauren Slocumbe, of New York City; and nephews, Robert Slocumbe, of Athens, Ga. and Jacob Quinton, of Irmo, S.C.
In lieu of flowers you may donate to St. Timothy's Episcopal Church Building Fund in memory of Ralph.
A private family service will be held at a later date with the Rev. Derrick Hill assisting.
